Join us for the Stuff a Cruiser Ramadan Food Drive, hosted by the Ottawa OPP Auxiliary Unit, in support of the Kanata Food Cupboard.
In recognition of Ramadan and the spirit of giving that comes with it, volunteers will be collecting donations outside Food Basics on Katimavik Road to help fill an OPP cruiser with much-needed food for local families.
Community members are invited to stop by, say hello, and help make a difference by donating non-perishable food items or monetary contributions.
Most Needed Items
Donations of the following items are especially helpful:
- Rice and pasta
- Dried beans and lentils
- Canned fruit and canned meat
- Granola bars and fruit cups
Every contribution helps ensure that individuals and families in our community have access to nutritious food when they need it most.
