Celebrate Santa’s Arrival at the Kanata Santa Claus Parade on Saturday, November 22, 2025
Santa Claus is coming to Kanata, and we’ll be there to celebrate!
The Kanata Santa Claus Parade is back, and the Kanata Food Cupboard is joining the fun along the route as we mark our 40th anniversary with a very special goal: to collect 4,000 lbs of food in a single morning!
Help Us Reach Our 4,000 lb Goal
We’ll be walking the parade route collecting non-perishable food items and monetary donations from generous spectators. Your support will help us provide meals for families in need throughout the holiday season and beyond.
Most needed items include:
- Canned vegetables, beans, meat, and soups
- Rice, pasta, tomato sauce
- Peanut butter, granola bars, and fruit cups

Parade Route
The parade starts at 10:00 AM at Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church and winds its way through the Glen Cairn community, ending at Hazeldean Mall.
